Local government in Scotland: performances and challenges 2017: The Committee will take evidence from- Ronnie Hinds, Acting Chair, Fraser McKinlay, Director of Performance Audit and Best Value, and Mark McCabe, Senior Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Accounts Commission. 3. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009: The Committee will take evidence from- Jackie Baillie, Member in Charge of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Bill. 4. Consideration of evidence (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3. 5. Strategic Housing Investment Plans: The Committee will consider a draft letter to local authorities.
