Post-legislative scrutiny of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009: The Committee will take evidence from- Humza Yousaf, Minister for Transport and the Islands, Scottish Government; George Henry, Head of Road Policy, and Sharon Wood, Senior Road Policy Officer, Transport Scotland. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment (No.3) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/187); The Building (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/188); The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 (SSI 2017/189). 3.
