2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Sub-Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny of the police capital budget from—
Humza Yousaf, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Gillian Russell, Director of Safer Communities, and Avril Davidson, Head of Finance and Assets Team, Policy Division, Scottish Government.

3. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
