Police Scotland's engagement with black and minority ethnic communities in Scotland: The Sub-Committee will take evidence, in round-table format, from— Carol Young, Senior Policy Officer, Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights; Chief Superintendent John McKenzie, Safer Communities, and Sergeant Scott Kennedy, Prevention, Interventions and Partnership, Edinburgh Division, Police Scotland; Angela Voulgari, Service Team Leader - Bright Choices, Safeguarding Communities - Reducing Offending; Graham O'Neill, Policy Officer, Scottish Refugee Council. 3. Work programme: The Sub-Committee will consider its work programme
