The role of local police commanders: The Sub-Committee willl take evidence, in round-table format, from— Jane Fowler, Head of Improvement and HR, Argyll and Bute Council; Derek Crichton, Director, Communities, Dumfries and Galloway Council; Chief Superintendent Roddy Irvine, Divisional Commander, Lanarkshire Division, Chief Inspector David McIntosh, Local Area Commander for Angus, and Chief Inspector Gavin Russell, Local Area Commander for Coatbridge, Airdrie and Cumbernauld (2014-17), Police Scotland. 3. The role of local police commanders: The Sub-Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
