1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Sub-Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. The Sub-Committee will also decide whether to further consider its work programme in private at its next meeting on 12 January 2017. 2. Police Service of Scotland: The Sub-Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's policing priorities and budgeting for 2017-18 from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, and Don McGillivray, Deputy Director, Police Division, Scottish Government. 3. Police Service of Scotland: The Sub-Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme: The Sub-Committee will consider its work programme.
