1. Decision on taking business in private: The Sub-Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private.

2. Facial recognition: how policing in Scotland makes use of this technology: The Sub-Committee will take evidence from—
Dr Ken Macdonald, Head of ICO Regions, Information Commissioner's Office;
Griff Ferris, Legal and Policy Officer, Big Brother Watch;
Matthew Rice, Scotland Director, Open Rights Group;
Tatora Mukushi, Legal Officer, Scottish Human Rights Commission.

3. Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA): The Sub-Committee will discuss issues relating to the former SCDEA.

4. Facial recognition: how policing in Scotland makes use of this technology: The Sub-Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

5. Work programme: The Sub-Committee will consider its forward work programme.
