Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Ronnie Conway, Co-ordinator, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers; Brian Castle, Regional Co-ordinator Scotland, Motor Accident Solicitors Society; Dave Moxham, Deputy General Secretary, Scottish Trades Union Congress; Patrick McGuire, Partner, Thompsons Solicitors. 2. Justice Sub-Committee on Policing: The Committee will consider a report back from the Sub-Committee meeting on 14 September 2017. 3. Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will continue consideration of a draft Stage 1 report.
