1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Inquiry into the role and purpose of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service: The Committee will take evidence from— Sandy Brindley, National Co-ordinator, Rape Crisis Scotland; Tom Halpin, Chief Executive, Safeguarding Communities - Reducing Offending (Sacro); Marsha Scott, Chief Executive, Scottish Women's Aid; Susan Gallagher, Chief Executive, Victim Support Scotland; and then from— Liam McAllister, President, Aberdeen Bar Association; Paul Nicolson, Dean, Airdrie Society of Solicitors; Stephen Mannifield, President, Edinburgh Bar Association; Lindsey McPhie, President, Glasgow Bar Association; Michael Clancy, Director of Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland. 3. Inquiry into the role and purpose of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service: The Committee will consider potential witnesses for its inquiry. 4. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18.
