Positive Futures; Dr Marsha Scott, Chief Executive, Scottish Women's Aid; Nicola Fraser, Local Operations Manager, Victim Support Scotland. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Act of Sederunt (Fees of Messengers-at-Arms, Sheriff Officers and Shorthand Writers) (Amendment) 2018 (SS1 2018/126).
