Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Premises Licence (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/49). 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Sheriff Court Fees Order 2018 (SSI 2018/81); Sheriff Appeal Court Fees Order 2018 (SSI 2018/82); Court of Session etc. Fees Order 2018 (SSI 2018/83); High Court of Justiciary Fees Order 2018 (SSI 2018/84); Justice of the Peace Court Fees (Scotland) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/85); Adults with Incapacity (Public Guardian’s Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/86). 5. Justice Sub-Committee on Policing: The Committee will consider a report back from the Sub-Committee meeting on 15 March 2018. 6. Police and fire and rescue services: The Committee will consider its approach to its scrutiny of the police and fire and rescue services.
