1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. The Committee will also decide whether to consider its draft Stage 1 report on the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill in private today and at future meetings. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Regulation of Fees) (Specified Persons) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/158); Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 (Heating Services) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/163). 3. Remand: The Committee will continue consideration of a draft report. 4. Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
