Justice Committee

Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Incidental Provisions) Regulations 2019 [draft] from— Ash Denham, Minister for Community Safety, Gaynor Davenport, Housing Services Policy Unit, and Kirsten Simonnet-Lefevre, Directorate for Legal Services, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: Ash Denham (Minister for Community Safety) to move— S5M-15300—That the Justice Committee recommends that the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Incidental Provisions) Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Procedure) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/378). 4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee willl consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure— Licensing (Amendment) (EU Exit) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/6). 5. Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will continue its consideration of a draft Stage 1 report.
