Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor Sir Gregor Smith, Chief Medical Officer, Phillip McLean, Head of NHS Facilities and Environmental Sustainability, and Wendy Rayner, Lead NHS Scotland Circular Economy Adviser, Scottish Government. 3. Medical Training (Prioritisation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-72 from— Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Lucy Gibbons, Head of Health Skills Development and Delivery Unit, and Lucy McMichael, Head of Branch, Social Care Legal Services Unit, Scottish Government. 4. Public petitions: The Committee will consider the following petitions— PE02156: Improve access to ADHD diagnosis and treatment across Scotland PE01924: Complete an emergency in-depth review of Women's Health services in Caithness & Sutherland. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025. 6. Medical Training (Prioritisation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a draft report. 7. Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 8. Legacy Report: The Committee will consider its approach to a Session 6 Legacy Report.
