1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Foods for Specific Groups (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/190) Food Information (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/191) National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/195) 3. Delayed Discharges: The Committee will take evidence from— Stephen Fitzpatrick, Head of Older People’s Services, Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership; Catriona Renfrew, Director Planning and Policy, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; Councillor Matt Kerr, Councillor (Executive Member for Social Justice), Glasgow City Council; and then from— Tim Eltringham, Director, South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership; Councillor Rita Miller, Chair, South Ayshire Integrated Joint Board; Liz Moore, Director of Acute Services, NHS Ayrshire and Arran. 4. The implications to Scotland of Brexit: The committee will consider a paper on the implications to Scotland of Brexit. 5.
