1. Preventative Agenda: The Committee will take evidence from- Dr Una MacFadyen, Consultant Paediatrician at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, a Fellow of the College and member of College Council, Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh; Emilia Crighton, Head of Health Services Public Health, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; Dr Margaret McCartney, General Practitioner; Dr Helene Irvine, Consultant in Public Health Medicine. 2. NHS National Waiting Times Centre: The Committee will take evidence from- Jill Young, Chief Executive, Julie Carter, Director of Finance, Mike Higgins, Medical Director, and June Rogers, Director of Operations, NHS Waiting Times Centre. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Registration of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in Care Services (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 [draft] from— Mark McDonald, Minister for Childcare and Early Years, Diane White, Senior Policy Officer, Office of the Chief Social Work Adviser, Jane MacKenzie, Unit Head, Office of the Chief Social Work Adviser, and Ruth Lunny, Principal Legal Officer, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: Minister for Childcare and Early Years to move—S5M-05208—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the Registration of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in Care Services (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 [draft] be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Regulation of Care (Social Service Workers) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 (SSI 2017/95) 6. Preventative Agenda (in private): The Committee will consider the oral evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 7. NHS National Waiting Times Centre (in private): The Committee will consider the oral evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 8. Healthcare in Prisons (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft report. 9. Sport for Everyone (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to phase 2 of the inquiry. 10.
