1. Coronavirus Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum from—
Jeane Freeman, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, John Paterson, Solicitor, and Johanna Irvine, Solicitor, Scottish Government.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
The National Assistance ( Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/54); The National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) (No.2) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/55); and The National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/56).

3. Coronavirus Bill (UK Parliament legislation) The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Social Care Inquiry (in private): The Committee will further consider its approach to the inquiry.

5. The Forensic Medical Services (Victims of Sexual Offences) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will discuss their future consideration of the Bill.
