Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 [draft] from— Aileen Campbell, Minister for Public Health and Sport, Mike Liddle, Adult Social Care Policy, and Emma Stevenson, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Minister for Public Health and Sport to move—S5M-10338—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations [draft] be approved. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Adult Carers and Young Carers: Identification of Outcomes and Needs for Support) Regulations 2018 [draft] and also on the Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Amendment regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/29); the Carers (Waiving of Charges for Support) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/31); the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Short Breaks Services Statements) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/32); the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Review of Adult Carer Support Plan and Young Carer Statement) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/33); and the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/34) from— Aileen Campbell, Minister for Public Health and Sport, Peter Stapleton, Carers Policy, and Ruth Lunny, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 5.
