1. The supply and demand for medicines inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from-
Jeane Freeman, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Rose Marie Parr, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer, Alison Strath, Principal Pharmaceutical Officer, Bryan Lamb, Head of Pharmacy Branch, Alpana Mair, Head of Effective Prescribing and Therapeutics, and Gregor Smith, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Scottish Government.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
The National Health Service Superannuation and Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/30); The Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008 (Notifiable Diseases and Notifiable Organisms) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/51).
