Scotland; Ailsa Wyllie, Lead Manager, sportscotland; Sandra McDougall, Acting Director, Scottish Health Council, representing Healthcare Improvement Scotland; Lynn Bell, Founder/Director of Love Learning Scotland, representing the Scottish Children's Services Coalition; Amy Woodhouse, Head of Policy, Projects and Participation, Children in Scotland. 2. Year of Young People 2018 (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the session. 3. NHS Governance (in private): The Committee will continue its consideration of a draft report. 4. Human Tissue (Authorisation) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
