Transplantation (Authorisation of Removal of Organs etc.) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Mark Griffin, Member in charge of the Draft Proposal, and Andrew Mylne, Clerk Team Leader, Non-Government Bills Unit, Scottish Parliament. 3. Transplantation (Authorisation of Removal of Organs etc.) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence on the draft proposal and statement of reasons. 4. The Implications to Scotland of Brexit (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft letter to the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. 5. Healthcare in Prisons (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to work on this issue. 6. Preventative Agenda (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to its inquiry.
