Scrutiny of Food Standards Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from- Ross Finnie, Chair, Geoff Ogle, Chief Executive, Elspeth Macdonald, Deputy Chief Executive, and Garry Mournian, Head of Corporate Services, Food Standards Scotland. 3. Scrutiny of Food Standards Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (in private): The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— The Nutrition (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019; and The European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018. 5. Healthcare (International Arrangements) Bill 2017-19 (UK Parliament legislation) (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum.
