Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution: The Committee will take evidence from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, Andrew Watson, Deputy Director for Financial Strategy, Alistair Brown, Acting Director of Financial Strategy, and Scott MacKay, Deputy Director for Financial Programme Management, Scottish Government. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
