Budget Scrutiny 2025-26: The Committee will take evidence from— Jackson Carlaw, Member, Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body; David McGill, Clerk/Chief Executive, and Sara Glass, Director of Finance and Resilience, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Shona Robison, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government, Jennie Barugh, Director of Exchequer Strategy, Richard McCallum, Director of Public Spending, Ellen Leaver, Acting Director for Local Government, and Lorraine King, Deputy Director, Tax Strategy, Engagement and Performance, Scottish Government. 2. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
