Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT): The Committee will take evidence from— Lady Susan Rice, Professor Campbell Leith, and Professor Charles Nolan, Scottish Fiscal Commission; and then from— Elaine Lorimer, Chief Executive, and Chris Myerscough, Head of Tax, Revenue Scotland. 3.
