1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take a pre-budget scrutiny report in private at a future meeting. 2. Common UK Frameworks: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from— Professor Michael Keating, Professor of Politics, University of Aberdeen; Daphne Vlastari, LINK Advocacy Manager, Scottish Environment LINK; Professor Colin Reid, Professor of Environmental Law, University of Dundee; Jonathan Hall, Director of Policy and Member Services, NFU Scotland; Iain Wright, Research Fellow, Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow; Professor Paul Beaumont, Chair of EU sub-group on Constitution and Law, Royal Society of Edinburgh; Michael Clancy, Director, Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland; Lloyd Austin, Head of Conservation Policy, RSPB Scotland; Anthony Salamone, Research Fellow and Strategic Advisor, Scottish Centre for European Relations. 3. Trade Bill LCM Draft Report (in private): The Committee will consider a further draft report.
