During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

European Union (Withdrawal) Bill (UK Parliament Legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM (S5) 10 from— Michael Clancy, Director of Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland; Professor Laura Cram, Professor of European Politics, University of Edinburgh; Professor Jim Gallagher, Research Fellow, Nuffield College, Oxford University; Professor Michael Keating, Professor of Politics, University of Aberdeen; Professor Aileen McHarg, Professor of Public Law, University of Strathclyde. 3. Consideration of Evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2.
