Written Agreement on the Budget process: The Committee will consider a revised draft written agreement on the Budget process between the Committee and the Scottish Government. 4. Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (Relief from Additional Amount) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (Relief from Additional Amount) (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1.
