1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Alison Hosie, Dr, Scottish Human Rights Commission; Angela O'Hagan, Dr, Scottish Government Equality Budget Advisory Group (EBAG); Emma Congreve, Fraser of Allander Institute; Chris Birt, Joseph Rowntree Foundation; and then from— Adam Stachura, Age Scotland; Jatin Haria, CRER - Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights; Eilidh Dickson, Engender; Rob Gowans, Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE). 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 2. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach to longer-term development work on pre-budget scrutiny.
