Subordinate legislation: Clare Haughey (Minister for Children and Young People) to move— S6M-04890—That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that The Age of Criminal Responsibility (Reports on Use of Places of Safety) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [draft] be approved. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 2022 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will note a summary of decisions taken at its business planning day. 5. Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
