1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Use of Member Information) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/375). 3. Budget Scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2024-25 from— Clare Gallagher, Human Rights Officer, CEMVO (Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations) Scotland; Professor O'Hagan, Chair, Scottish Government Equalities and Human Rights Budget Advisory Group; Heather Williams, Training Lead, Scottish Women's Budget Group. 4. Budget Scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 3.
