Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 2 from— Rt Hon James Wolffe QC, Lord Advocate, and Alison Di Rollo QC, Solicitor General, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service; Anthony McGeehan, Head of Policy for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, Scottish Government; and then from— Bruce Adamson, Children and Young People’s Commissioner Scotland. 2. Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider evidence received. The Committee will move to Robert Burns Room (CR1) for agenda item 3.
