1. Pre-budget scrutiny 2021-22 – impact of COVID-19 on equalities and human rights: The Committee will take evidence from-
Emma Congreve, Knowledge Exchange Fellow, Fraser of Allander Institute;
and then from—
Christina McKelvie, Minister for Older People and Equalities, Scottish Government;
Elisabeth Campbell, Strategic Lead – Human Rights, Emma Harvey, Divisional Performance Manager, and Sean Stronach, Head of Equality Unit, Equality and Human Rights Division, Scottish Government.

2. Pre-budget scrutiny 2021-22 – impact of COVID-19 on equalities and human rights (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard at item 1.

3. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will further consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
