1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in private, and whether consideration of its work programme should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Work programme: The Committee will consider its approach to developing its work programme by taking oral evidence, in round table format, from-— Lorraine Gillies, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland; Tam Baillie, Commissioner, Children and Young People's Commissioner in Scotland; Chloe Clemmons, Scottish Churches Parliamentary Officer, representing the Church of Scotland; Anna Ritchie Allan, Project Manager, Close the Gap; Lorraine Cook, Policy Officer, Migration, Population and Diversity Team, COSLA; Kayleigh Thorpe, Campaigns and Policy Manager, Enable Scotland; Maureen Sier, Director, Interfaith Scotland; Brandi Lee Lough Dennell, Policy and Research Manager, LGBT Youth Scotland; Rosalind Bragg, Director, Maternity Action; Suzanne Munday, Director, MECOPP Carers Centre; Gozie Joe Adigwe, Senior Eye Health and Equalities Officer, RNIB Scotland; Sandra Deslandes-Clark, Director and General Secretary, SEMPER Scotland; Judith Robertson, Chair, Scottish Human Rights Commission; Glenda Watt, Coordinator, Scottish Older People's Assembly; James Morton, Policy Officer, Scottish Transgender Alliance. 3. Work programme: The Committee will consider evidence received as part of the development of its work programme. 4. Departure of the UK from the European Union - implications for equalities and human rights: The Committee will consider its approach to a scoping session on the implications for equalities and human rights of the departure of the UK from the European Union. 5. Bullying and harassment of children and young people in schools: The Committee will consider its approach to a scoping session on bullying and harassment of children and young people with protected characteristics in schools. 6. International Human Rights Day 2016: The Committee will consider an approach to marking International Human Rights Day 2016. 7. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18.
