Equalities and Human Rights Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Civil Partnership, Marriage Between Persons of Different Sexes and Same Sex Marriage (Prescribed Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/427). 3. Scottish Human Rights Commission Annual Report and Strategic Plan: The Committee will take evidence on the annual report and strategic plan of the Scottish Human Rights Commission from— Judith Robertson, Chair, Kavita Chetty, Head of Strategy and Legal, and Clare Nicolson, Business Manager, Scottish Human Rights Commission. 4. Scottish Human Rights Commission Annual Report and Strategic Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence received. 5. Destitution and Asylum in Scotland: The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry.
