1. Declaration of interests: Rachael Hamilton will be invited to declare any relevant interests.

2. Choice of Deputy Convener: The Committee will choose a Deputy Convener.

3. Biodiversity inquiry - biological data infrastructure: The Committee will take evidence from—
Ellen Wilson, Chair, Scottish Biodiversity Information Forum (SBIF);
Jo Judge, Chief Executive Officer, National Biodiversity Network Trust;
Craig Macadam, Conservation Director, BugLife.

4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will take evidence on the REACH etc (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2019 from—
Lorraine Walkinshaw, Solicitor, Environmental Protection, Rural Affairs Division, and Don McGillivray, Deputy Director for Environmental Quality and Circular Economy Division, Scottish Government.

5. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal—
The REACH etc (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2019.

6. Biodiversity inquiry - biological data infrastructure (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

7. Proposed deposit return scheme (in private): The Committee will consider a draft call for evidence
