1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private.

2. Scottish Land Commission: The Committee will take evidence from-
Hamish Trench, Chief Executive, and Andrew Thin, Chair, Scottish Land Commission.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/64) from—
Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform;
Hugh Dignon, Head of Wildlife and Biodiversity Unit, and Lindsay Anderson, Solicitor, Scottish Government.

4. Subordinate legislation: John Scott to move—S5M-16304—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Conservation of (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/64) be annulled.

5. Scottish Land Commission: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
