1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 9, 10 and 11 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) Order 2017 [draft] and the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Supplemental Provision) Regulations 2017 [draft] from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, Andrew Ruxton, Solicitor, and Jillian Gardner, Community Assets Action Officer, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Roseanna Cunningham (Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform) to move— S5M-07898—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) Order 2017 [draft] be approved. 4. Subordinate legislation: Roseanna Cunningham (Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform) to move— S5M-07897—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Supplemental Provision) Regulations 2017 [draft] be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Scotland Act 1998 (Specification of Devolved Tax) (Wild Fisheries) Order 2017 [draft] from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, and Katie Joshi, Solicitor, Scottish Government; Simon Dryden, Marine Superintendent, Marine Scotland. 6. Subordinate legislation: Roseanna Cunningham (Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform) to move— S5M-07900—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Scotland Act 1998 (Specification of Devolved Tax) (Wild Fisheries) Order 2017 [draft] be approved. 7. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Public and Private Water Supplies (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/321). 8. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from- Elliot Treharne, Air Quality Manager, Greater London Authority; and then from— Graham Applegate, Principal Policy Officer for Air Quality, Scottish Environment Protection Agency; Craig McLaren, Director, Royal Town Planning Institute Scotland; Stephen Thomson, Head of Environment & Sustainability, Transport Scotland; Eric Owens, Head of Planning and Sustainable Development, Aberdeen City Council. 9. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 10. Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement: The Committee will consider its approach to the statement. 11. Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to Stage 2 of the Bill.
