1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 The Committee will take evidence from— Mairi Gougeon, Minister for Rural Affairs and Natural Environment, Clare Hamilton, Deputy Director, Head of Decarbonisation, Alice Mitchell, Senior Policy Officer, Emissions Trading, CRC and F-gases, Consumers and Low Carbon Division, and Ross Loveridge, Head of EU Exit, Consumers and Low Carbon Division, Scottish Government. 3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
