1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private and all further consideration of its work on climate change scrutiny at future meetings.
2. Biodiversity inquiry - funding and associated impacts: The Committee will take evidence from-
Nick Halfhide, Director for Sustainable Growth, Scottish Natural Heritage;
Jo Pike, Chief Executive, Scottish Wildlife Trust.
3. Public petitions: The Committee will consider the following petitions—
PE01490: Control of wild goose numbers; PE01636: Require that all single use drinks cups are 100% biodegradable.
4. Climate Change Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach.
5. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
