Climate Change Bill - Advice of the Committee on Climate Change: The Committee will take evidence from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, Dr Sara Grainger, Head of Decarbonisation Delivery Unit, Andrew Mortimer, Statistician, and Dr Tom Russon, Policy Officer, Scottish Government. 5. Inquiry into EU environmental and animal welfare principles: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 6.
