3. Subordinate legislation: Mairi Gougeon (Minister for Rural Affairs and the Natural Environment) to move—S5M-21671—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Scottish Animal Welfare Commission Regulations 2020 [draft] be approved.
