1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Forestry (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/113) from— Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy and Connectivity, Bill Brash, Environmental Impact Assessment Transposition Manager, Claire Dodd, Flooding and Reservoirs Policy Officer, and Barry McCaffrey, Solicitor, Scottish Government; Brendan Callaghan, Head of Grants and Regions, Forestry Commission Scotland. 3. Subordinate legislation: Mark Ruskell to move— S5M-05579—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Forestry (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (SSI 2017/113) be annulled. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/101); Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/112); Agriculture, Land Drainage and Irrigation Projects (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/114); and Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/115). 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017. 6. Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
