European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure— The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/84). 4.
