During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 and consideration of all future evidence on regional marine planning in private. 2. Marine Inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from- Katie Gillham, Team Manager, Marine Ecosystems, Scottish Natural Heritage; Professor John Baxter; Professor Michael Burrows, Scottish Association for Marine Science; and then from— Charles Nathan, Marine Conservation Planner, RSPB Scotland; Annie Breaden, Senior Manager for Policy and Planning, Crown Estate Scotland; Linda Rosborough, Chair, Scottish Wildlife Trust; Patricia Hawthorn, Partner, Shepherd and Wedderburn and Director, Scottish Renewables. 3. Marine Inquiry: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
