EU Engagement and Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its draft response to the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee in relation to its EU engagement and scrutiny work. 4. Draft Climate Change Plan (RPP3) – Update to Approach to Engagement: The Committee will consider its approach to engagement on the inquiry. 5. Draft Climate Change Plan (RPP3) (in private): The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 6. Committee for Parliamentary Reform (in private): The Committee will consider its response to the Commission for Parliamentary Reform.
