Draft climate change plan (RPP3): The Committee will take evidence from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, John Ireland, Deputy Director of Decarbonisation, Morag Williamson, Team Leader of Climate Change Plan Project Team, Neil Ritchie, Head of Natural Assets and Flooding, and Colin MacBean, Head of Energy and Climate Change Analysis, Scottish Government. 2. Farriers (Registration) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform (LCM(S5)9). 3. Draft Climate Change Plan (RPP3) (in private): The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
