1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. The Committee will also decide whether its consideration of its work programme and its consideration of the evidence on Children's Hearings be taken in private on 22 March and 29 March respectively. 2. Children's Hearings System - taking stock of reforms: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable from— Daljeet Dagon, Children’s Service Manager, Barnardo's Scotland; Boyd McAdam, National Convener and Chief Executive Officer, Children's Hearings Scotland; Jennifer Phillips, Lay person on a Panel, Children's Hearing Scotland; Kate Rocks, Chair of Social Work Scotland’s Children and Families Standing Committee and Chief Social Work Officer for East Renfrewshire, Social Work Scotland; Malcolm Schaffer, Head of Practice and Policy, Scottish Children’s Reporters Administration; Jennifer Davidson, Executive Director, IICF & CELCIS; Julia Donnelly, Head of Representation, Clan Child Law. 3. Children's Hearing System - Review of Evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on Children's Hearings.
