1. Declaration of interests: Gordon MacDonald will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision to take agenda items in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 4 in private. The Committee will also decide whether to take future reviews of the evidence on its Young People's Pathways inquiry in private. 3. Inquiry into Young People's Pathways: The Committee will hear evidence from— Michael Cross, Interim Director of Access, Skills & Outcome Agreements, Scottish Funding Council; Euan Duncan, Professional Officer, Scottish Secondary Teachers’ Association; Jackie Galbraith, Vice Principal – Strategy and Skills, Ayrshire College representing, Colleges Scotland; Alison Henderson, Chief Executive of Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce representing, Scottish Chambers of Commerce Network; Terry Lanagan, Representative, Association of Directors of Education in Scotland; Dr Gill Stewart, Director of Qualifications Development, Scottish Qualifications Authority. 4. Review of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier.
