1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of its work programme should be taken in private at its next meeting. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Edinburgh Napier University Amendment Order of Council 2018 ( SSI 2018/170); and The Education (Fees and StudentSupport) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/171). 3. Inquiry into Attainment and Achievement of School Aged Children Experiencing Poverty (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.
